Very stable and feels sturdy. It’s holding the phone very well. I didn’t try with a camera but it seems it will be OK as long as the lens isn’t too big. In terms of stability and built quality it’s a huge improvement over the micro tripods, octopus, etc., but it’s also much bigger and heavier. It can’t be carried in the pocket.
